I am an experienced Director, Chair, Trustee and consultant with extensive experience in strategy review, policy deployment, change management, programme management and operational delivery, predominantly through Lean methodologies.
I am adept at developing strategies and implementing programmes to drive organisational success.
My style is thoughtful, insightful, innovative and practical, with an ability to see into and summarise the heart of issues. I am accomplished in leading change successfully in public, mutual and commercial sectors.

I am an experienced executive turned consultant and coach, with over three decades across private, public, and third sectors.
After roles in banking, sales and marketing, I became a senior HR leader in financial and professional services, government and charities. I have worked at board and executive level on strategy, culture, performance and change, succeeding where organisations feel stuck and problems persist. My work helps leaders see the wider system, moving from uncertainty to shared direction.
Thoughtful and practical, I am known for skilled facilitation and getting things done. In 2024, Mike Wistow and I founded Wood For The Trees.
