WORKSHOP
Getting Ahead of the Resignation Letter
Move from reacting to staff turnover to proactively identifying and addressing retention risks. This practical one-day workshop helps leaders recognise the signs that someone may be considering leaving and understand what can be done before a resignation letter arrives.
We cover:
- Moving from fatalism to proactivity
- Predicting potential resignations
- Effective interventions
- Monitoring progress
Rather than accepting staff turnover as something that simply happens, participants will explore the factors that influence an individual's decision to stay or leave and the signs that problems may be developing. The workshop introduces practical approaches for assessing retention risks, opening up useful conversations and taking timely action before valuable people are lost.
All workshops can be delivered for groups of up to 10 people, either in person (which is our recommended format), or on-line.
