WORKSHOP
Using Complaints and Failures to Improve
Learn how transparency, structured problem-solving and quality process mapping can turn setbacks into opportunities for improvement. This practical one-day workshop helps teams move beyond simply responding to problems and instead use complaints, failures and other feedback as valuable sources of learning.
We cover:
- The importance of transparency about failure
- Structured problem solving
- Mapping quality processes
- Data analysis
Participants will look at how to identify the underlying causes of problems, understand where processes may be failing and use data to inform better decisions. By encouraging greater openness around complaints and failure, the workshop helps organisations capture what can be learned when things go wrong and turn those insights into meaningful and lasting improvement.
All workshops can be delivered for groups of up to 10 people, either in person (which is our recommended format), or on-line.
